How to download new program versions

If problems occur

Be sure you are connected to the Internet.

If you have problems in installing a new version, you might see this message. Some installed software, is leaving files in temporary folders. In this way they block new installations.
Try to clean your temporary internet files.

or try cleaning your other temporary files. After cleaning up your system, reboot and try update again.
